Non-Refundable Products
The following products are not eligible for refunds due to their nature or third-party costs:
- Domain registrations and renewals (costs are paid to the registry at the time of order)
- VPS Hosting (cancel before next renewal to avoid charges)
- Dedicated Servers
- SSL Certificates once issued
- Services purchased as part of a promotional bundle that has been partially used
- Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations
- Renewal invoices (the money-back guarantee applies only to initial purchases)
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your MeraHost client portal
- Open a support ticket under the category "Billing & Refunds"
- Provide your order number and a brief reason for the refund
- Our billing team will review and process your request within 2 business days

Refund Processing Time
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Account Credit: Instant — usable for future purchases
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds by cheque or cash.
Pro-Rated Refunds on Annual Plans
For cancellations after the 30-day window, we do not offer pro-rated refunds on remaining months of annual plans. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
Chargebacks
If you raise an unjustified chargeback with your bank, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and pursue recovery of the disputed amount. We encourage you to contact our billing team before initiating a chargeback — we resolve billing disputes quickly and fairly.
